POLICY ON SHARING MEMBERSHIP LIST

 

NAAMECC has established an Internet-based web site with the following address - www.NAAMECC.org. The web site offers several features including an alphabetical listing of all current members. Because of the publicly available web site posting, the NAAMECC Board directs any interested person to access the member organization list in this manner.

POLICY ON POSTING JOB OPENINGS

 

NAAMECC has established an Internet-based web site with the following address - www.NAAMECC.org. The web site offers several features including an alphabetical listing of all current members. Because the web site was created to permit information sharing between and among NAAMECC members, the Board permits posting of job openings of various member companies.

POLICY ON CODIFICATION

 

In order to establish a system for easily retrieving policies established by the NAAMECC Board of Directors, the following numbering order is proposed:

 

    Each policy will bear a five-digit code [00-000].

  1. The code’s first two digits will be obtained from the last two numbers of the year the policy was approved, ie 2005=05.
  2. The code’s next three-digit sequence will represent a listing of policies from 001 to 999.
  3. A policy index will be established using the five-digit code number.
